Terry ROSSBERG

Originally from Montpellier, the acclaimed artist Terry has developed a distinctive aesthetic centered on transformation and recycling. He breathes new life into forgotten materials—most notably vintage Singer sewing machines, some a century old—metamorphosing them into one-of-a-kind works of art.
In his hands, wood, metal, stone, and old sewing machines are transformed into singular sculptures. Objects once intended for everyday use are reborn in a new form, imbued with their own history and soul.
His work is deeply sensitive—a testament to the passage of time, where imagination grants these objects a new destiny.
It is a different way of perceiving material, where the past inspires creation and nothing is ever truly lost.

In 1990, two individual paths crossed, merged, and created a new entity:
The SHINE M Mosaic workshop.
An artistic duo that decided to bring ceramics, glass, and other materials to life, with a shared and unwavering passion.
Self-trained, they handled pieces of colored glass as an extension of their own minds.
By combining their respective visions, Graziella and Laurence instilled a dynamic that generated harmony and balance.
In 2016, after many years dedicated to the meticulousness of mosaic technique, they took a new direction in their creation and approached monumental sculpture through their first animal theme: the horse.
The SHINE M workshop...
... was born. This transformation took them on a more inward, deeper path.
